Our School Song
Lyrics & Music by Darren Coggan (C) 2007, performed by Darren Coggan.
We're proud of who we are
And where we come from
This land on which we stand
We're proud to call our home
Since 1887 we've helped build a better world
We believe the best is yet to come
With honour in our hearts
The future in our hands
Learning how to be all that we can
With honour in our hearts
Growing up together
At Helensburgh Public School
May we learn to love
May we strive for peace
May we live with laughter
May we always dream
We believe in children, the spirit of youth
Together we can make our dreams come true
And where we come from
This land on which we stand
We're proud to call our home
Since 1887 we've helped build a better world
We believe the best is yet to come
With honour in our hearts
The future in our hands
Learning how to be all that we can
With honour in our hearts
Growing up together
At Helensburgh Public School
May we learn to love
May we strive for peace
May we live with laughter
May we always dream
We believe in children, the spirit of youth
Together we can make our dreams come true
